About Us

We're specialists. For Italy. Just Italy. We make arrangements for independent travel, meaning that you will NOT be led around Italy by a a tour director, and you will NOT be on a bus with 50 people. We're a small company, based in the USA. Our offices are located in the northern Shenandoah Valley about 65 miles west of Washington, DC...you will be speaking to us in the Eastern time zone.

Though you found us on the internet, you should know that we are not a mass marketing company that dispenses travel on a point-and-click basis. We're travel people -- not computer people. We don't simplify Italy travel to make it fit into a website "vending machine." We provide a more personalized approach. In a short time after we begin communicating with our customers, we feel as if we know them and understand their travel needs. Our goal is to provide you a memorable trip to Italy, within your budget, and save you the time and energy required for planning, organizing, and scheduling the trip.

Privacy

Our policy is simple. Your privacy is assured. We do not sell or trade your name, address, telephone, fax, email, or credit card information. This information is only shared with hotels and travel suppliers as necessary to make your reservations.

Customize It

On this website, you'll see lots of packages with a variety of popular options for itineraries and services. We invite you to shop the various categories to see if one of those packages fits your needs just as we have it. However, don't hesitate to ask us to see if we can change one of our packages to suit you better. You may want more time in some of the cities or to add transfers or guide time. You may want to combine parts of two packages. If you do, we'll ask you for a budget limit for the revised itinerary with your changes. You may want changes that are more extensive than we can offer to provide, in which case we will refer you to other travel companies. But most of the time, we can make the modifications our clients want. Our willingness and ability to customize your trip set us far apart from the "one size fits all" internet travel companies.
