With meticulous planning they booked our hotels, transfers from airport to hotels, train reservations, museum reservations and private guides. All of our hotels were exceptionally comfortable, elegant and well located. Prior to the trip, outstanding communication by both phone and email led to a clear understanding of what our family hoped for from the trip as well as valuable tips and advice from all of the staff. The guides they had arranged for us in each city were not only filled with information but also delightfully charming. In Rome, the kids especially loved visiting the ruins with Barbara. she made the Forum come to life. My daughter was thrilled with the fact that we were there for the Ides of March and Barbara made use of that to enhance our tour. We adored Azzurra, our guide and driver for the day in Tuscany! Witty Fiona, in Venice, engaged the kids through questions, allowing them to express themselves and we left having learned a lot about the Doge's Palace, and also feelling like we had made a friend. The packet ItalySource provided with all of our paperwork, from our itinerary to the individual envelopes with train tickets or gallery reservations made every day run smoothly. We can't recommend ItalySource enough!"
